Privacy Policy
Italstock Srl recognizes the importance of the protection of personal data, undertakes to respect the privacy of users, treats private data with caution and confidentiality and does not use them for other purposes different than those specified below.
For this purpose, this policy describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
This information is provided, also pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, to those who interact with Italstock Srl web services:

The information is provided only for this site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links except those indicated above.

Data and processing purposes
Italstock informs users of the website that the data collected will be used exclusively for the purposes specified below. The data being processed are browsing data and data provided voluntarily by the user.

1. Navigation data
The informatic systems responsible for the work of the website acquire some data necessary for the operation of the platform and information whose transmission is implicit in the protocols used for internet connection and browsing.
Some information related to the browser session and generic data related to the device used by the user are also acquired. All data is acquired anonymously and not referable, however, to a specific user or for profiling purposes.

2. Data provided voluntarily by the user
The user, in order to access some services of the website, provides Italstock with different types of data in spontaneous form after having read this information and consenting to the treatment for one or more of the intended purposes and listed below.
Italstock will use the data collected for:

a) purposes related to the use of the services offered by the site (site navigation);
b) activities strictly connected and instrumental to managing relations with customers and potential collaborators (contact requests);
c) process the data related to curricula for evaluation of job applications.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in letter c) is optional and must be provided in the manner expressly provided for in Article 7 of the GDPR.

Method of treatment
Data processing will be carried out pursuant to Art. 4 n. 2) of the GDPR, by means of the following operations: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
The data will be submitted to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing.
The data from their receipt / update will be kept for a reasonable period with respect to the purposes of the treatment described above.

Communication and data transfer
The data, object of the treatment, will not be diffused; may, for the purposes indicated in this statement, be communicated to third parties, including business partners, consultants and freelancers, banks and credit institutions, insurance companies, financial companies, services, management and recovery of credit, auditors of accounts, public bodies, auditing or supervisory bodies, to fulfill obligations deriving from the law, regulations, community regulations or for aspects concerning the management and execution of the legal relationship with you or intervening.
The data will be processed by the following subjects:

- Employees / Collaborators of the company who act as persons authorized to process data according to the tasks performed and adequately educated.
- External Managers under Article 28 of the GDPR.

Rights of the interested party
It should be noted that in the quality of interested parties, at any time you may request:
a) access to personal data;
b) their correction in case of inaccuracy;
c) cancellation;
d) the limitation of treatment;
e) the right to object to the processing of data where the conditions are met;
a) the right to data portability, ie to receive the personal data provided in a structured format that is commonly and automatically readable by an automatic device.
Although not expressly provided for by the provisions referred to above, reference should be made to the legislation in force on the subject of Privacy and specifically to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR.
As interested parties you can also lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority, pursuant to art. 13 par. II lett. d) of the GDPR.

Withdrawal of consent
Consent may be revoked at any time without this being able to:
- prejudice the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;
- prejudice further processing of the same data based on other legal bases such as contractual or legal obligations.
